| Backyard Brunch | Bridal Shower

Okay yes, I've been MIA for like a month.... so I figured I would do a long post showing one of the reasons I've been so busy this month. Planning a backyard bridal shower for the beautiful bride, my cousin Alley. Whose wedding I will be in this October! I'm so excited to be apart of her special day. 

Alley is honestly the kindest, sweetest cousin a girl could have, forever doing everything for everyone else and never thinking of herself so it was about time we gave her a special day all about her that she didn't have any hand in planning!

Pictures of the pancake bar, timbit skewers, glitter flower pedals as well as spray painted mugs that I used as party favours are all above. As well as the wonderful pancake cook (my brother) who refuses to smile normally lol and a few of the other bridesmaids who are also my cousins!

Had so much fun at my second Toronto Fashion Week. Being in a a fashion communication gives us so many opportunities. During the wild north show , the protesters (lady with sign) somehow got into the event and managed to walk the runway. Until eventually security clued in and she was taken out. Wild North included many gorgeous furs, which I have nothing against but the legs hanging from the belts from each model were a little much for even me. Other then that, all the shows were beautiful and I'm so excited to be back next season.

In honour of going to WMCFW tonight I thought this post would be fitting.  Zoe convinced me to try out this "style" blog thing. And i actually had a lot of fun! Although our fingers were freezing, we had such a good time shooting these. Make sure you check her out. So lucky to have such a cool chick to hangout with at school and to inspire me!

Today was just a hangout do homework and go to class kind of day so boyfriend jeans were a must. Also so excited to be able to wear this coat and it actually keep me warm (YAY SPRING), it is for sure going to be my go to coat for spring. Simple blazer and booties make the look a little less casual. I enjoyed this so much I think this may become a new thing.
